Where the Court is informed by the market protection officer or Board that an immediate serious adverse
condition may arise in the supply or distribution of any goods or services in the market unless any activity about to be done by person in contravention of this
Act is stopped immediately and where the Court is satisfied with that matter, the Court may issue an order to stop such activity immediately.
